How much is my project going to cost?

     This is easily the number one question that we get- and justifiably so – there are not many of us with the ability to build without a budget and say that “money is no object".   The fact is- your project will likely be one of your life’s greatest expenditures and you should have a peace about what the end costs are going to be as well as know that you will be getting what you have in mind at the project’s completion.

In order to answer the question of "how much will it cost?"  we need to look at what exactly makes up the cost of a project.

 

That being said- there are three components that make up the cost of a construction project: workmanship, materials, and scope of work.
