     Workmanship is what we built our long reputation on so if you hire us, this component is ultimately set.  The quality materials and scope of work are dictated by your decisions an plans.   With literally thousands of variables involved in the "cost" answer- we can't logically answer this with a quick number.  Quite frankly, I would be very leery of anyone that does other than the cookie cutter contractors that place limits your material and scope of work and therefore have this answer in their filing cabinet.
